The NordicTrack FreeStrider Trainer combines three training modules in one machine. With the F14i FreeStrider you get the benefits of a stepper, a treadmill and an elliptical trainer in just one, compact machine. The NordicTrack FS14i FreeStrider Trainer utilises an innovative floating suspension system, which uses belts to virtually eliminate all impact and along with its 9kg (19lb) inertia enhanced flywheel it will give you one of the smoothest rides available. How the machine provides three machines in one is by the Auto-Adjustable Stride. By simply adjusting your stride—no button pushing required - the machine will intuitively follow your movements. In addition the FS14i also offers a decline and incline facility of -10 Degrees decline to + 10 Degrees incline. This unique feature gives you loads of versatility in your workouts, as well as the ability to train and tone certain muscle groups. The machines stride length varies up to 81cm (32’), depending on the chosen incline. So no matter how short or tall you are you will get a comfortable workout. Once subscribed and connected to iFit (first 30 days are free) the 36cm (14”) HD Touch Screen display can access all the high energy studio sessions to jogs across Hawaiian beaches. iFit workouts will tone and strengthen your whole body through LIVE Interactive Training while giving you full access to in-depth workout stats.
