On the Spirit 43 Pin Select Deltoid Trainer both arms work independently of each other, resulting in maximum muscle development of each arm. The arms have multiple adjustments providing a wide arc for the ultimate Deltoid raise and fly’s. The chest pad is angled to guarantee correct forward body position and stability throughout the whole exercise. The seat adjusts to align shoulders with chest pad and the machines axis of rotation. Integrated into the machine is rep counter, set/rest period timer and built in phone/drink holder.
