ITS 5 MACHINES IN ONE - This heavy duty all-in-one free weight machine combines the safety of a Smith Machine and Power Rack, plus the versatility of Functional Trainer, with the addition of a Chin Up Bar and Core Trainer.

SMITH MACHINE -  A Smith Machine allows you to safely workout with free weights without a training partner. The lock and release mechanism racks the Smith Bar in any height position without the fear of dropping the bar or having the bar crush. The quad bearing roller system ensures an ultra smooth movement along the weight rods even at its full capacity of 325kg. 

POWER RACK - The Power Rack has 50 different height adjustment points to perfectly fit any size user. The Power Rack includes high-end quality J Hooks and Front Safeties with a polymer coating to protect your barbell knurling. The front safety arms are ideal for holding your barbell for heavy partial deadlifts, shrugs or upright rows. The Power Racks Front Safety and J Hooks weight capacity is an impressive 400kg 

FUNCTIONAL TRAINER - Stack your free weight plates onto the functional trainers unicorn plate holders and you now have a whole new range of exercise options. The Force USA Monster G3 Functional Trainer offers 22 pulley height adjustments. The pulleys also pivot so that you can perform cable exercises from any angle. The cable movement is smooth and fluid and comes with a range of cable attachments. The cables have a 454kg capacity.

CORE TRAINER- This is a unique function. It allows you to insert an optional Olympic Barbell into a T-ball pivot arm to allow you to do T-bar rowing, torso and rotational training, landmine press, Lumberjack Squat, one arm clean and press and many more.

CHIN UP STATION - The ergonomic multi grip chin up allows you to perform chin ups, pull ups, wide grip pull ups, neutral grip pull ups and angled pull ups
