HORIZON HT5.0 PEAK TRAINER

The exclusive suspension design of the Horizon HT5.0 Peak Trainer provides a smooth, low impact motion that mimics real hiking. With the integrated Sprint 8 programme it is perfect for busy people who need to get more out of their exercise at home. The Sprint 8 programmes is a scientifically proven programme that significantly reduces fat and build muscle in an efficient 20 minute workout that anyone can fit into their schedule. The design of the HT5.0 Peak Trainer also helps maximise muscle tone and burn more calories than any other cardio platform. Along with Sprint 8 the Peak Trainer offers four more built in programmes. Resistance is accomplished by Fan Resistance and an ECB brake system and provides up to 10 levels of resistance. Heart rate can be monitored on both the fixed and dual action hand grips. With the footprint smaller than traditional ellipticals the Horizon HT5.0 Peak Trainer will fit into any home.
