Rowing on the Xterra ERG600W Water Rower is one of the best all round exercises you can do, helping build strength and flexibility and its rhythmic action is wonderfully efficient at burning calories. Because water is so viscus the Xterra ERG600 Water Rower provides a smooth and flowing rowing action with no jar on the lower back and the sound of the moving water provides a ‘zen-like’ soothing and mediative effect. Another nice feature is the height of the seat from the floor which makes it very easy to mount. You can adjust the height and angle of the large easy to read 5.5” (14cm) LCD console which provides a number of motivating programmes. The seat is ergonomically designed for comfort and runs smoothly over the aluminium rail system and the flex pedals have easy numbered adjustments. By filling the tank with water to different levels you can experience different degrees of resistance. However there is a second option to increase the intensity of your workout. The bungee cord that runs under the Xterra’s ERG600W ’s frame can be attached to one of three hooks (A,B & C). This increase the return of the cord with C being the fastest return. When you have finished your workout, simply stand it up and wheel it out of the way.

6 months. PLEASE NOTE: Xterra equipment must be positioned in a suitable environment. It needs to be kept away from damp rooms, dusty concrete floors, areas with a constant air flow to external areas and rooms with high changes in temperature. If you are going to put it into a garage, then the garage must be insulated. Not following this criteria could void your warranty.
