The Spirit 43 Pin Select Seated Leg Curl has been cleverly designed. The thigh pad adjusts to the front of the knees, keeping you in alignment with axis of rotation. The lower Tibia pad is self adjusting, limiting the number of necessary adjustments but what is a really nice touch is the range of motion is adjustable for users with limited Hamstring flexibility. Integrated into the machine is rep counter, set/rest period timer and built in phone/drink holder.
