The Life Fitness G2 and G4 multi gyms provide a range of exercises such as bench press, pec fly, leg extension/curl, lat pulldown, arm curl and tricep pushdown. The G2 and G4 can also have an optional Leg press attachment. The G7 Dual Adjustable Pulley with or without bench offers unlimited exercises.
