WHAT IS SPIRIT I-STRENGTH?
Spirit I-Strength is a resistance training experience unlike anything before it. Instead of a weight stack it uses advanced electronic resistance from a smooth servo motor and intelligent software resulting in the next generation of strength equipment. Each unit provides four dynamic training modes - Pure (traditional), Eccentric, Isokinetic and Elastic - giving the user the variety they need to break plateaus and achieve faster results.
