Shot on location by professional film crews the HD footage speeds up or slows down to match your pace and incline varies to match the terrain, making you feel like you are really there. Performance comes from the powerful 3.0HP motor, perfect for intense runs up to a maximum speed of 20km/h (12.5mph). Variable Response Cushioning provides softer cushioning in the impact zone and firmer cushioning in the push off zone, giving you the ideal amount of flex and support in all phases of your stride, just like a running shoe. You can quickly adjust speed and incline with one-touch keys or with Quick Dial, which are rotating wheels on the handlebars, Roll the dial forward too increase speed and roll back to decrease speed. Roll the other dial to go up hill to its limit of 15% and roll back to come down. Use the contact grips or Bluetooth HR to monitor your heart.
