The GoSystem™ Quick Start feature remembers your preferred walk, jog and run speeds, so you can get started with the push of a button. Handgrip pulse and telemetric heart rate system is included. Oversized, dual cup holders plus a built-in reading rack allow exercisers to use their electronic devices or read books, or magazines while working out. The Life Fitness F3 folds with ease. To unfold release the lock and watch it fall slowly and safely using its drop assist mechanism. As mentioned earlier you can choose from two consoles. If you are looking at a more basic option then the GO console is right for you but it still provides 13 engaging programmes. If you prefer more advanced customisation where you can download recommended programmes, create and share workouts and track your progress with the ultimate online tool then the Track Connect is for you.
