YORK BARBELL HG7 MULTIGYM

With the very solid and stable York Barbell HG7 Multigym you can experience a full body workout. With its monumental 100kg weight stack you will easily build an impressive muscular physique. Unlike many home multi gyms the York Barbell HG7 has a 1:1 ration on all workout stations, that means no matter what exercise you perform you will always have the maximum 100kg resistance to draw on. Exercises that can be performed on the HG7 is Bench Press, Pec Deck, Lat Pulldown, Seated Arm Curl, Seated Leg Extension, Standing Leg Curl, Seated Row, Abductor and Adductor using the ankle strap and Tricep Pushdown. The removable arm curl pad has two height adjustments for improved curl function. The leg extension roller is adjustable for added comfort. If you wish to do a standing arm curl at the front of the machine there are foot plates you stand on to increase stability further. The upholstery is well padded and the pulleys have seal bearings resulting in an extremely smooth motion. The seated Leg Developer has a locking mechanism when not in use. Accessories included with the HG7 Multigym include Ankle Strap, angled Lat Bar and Straight Cable Bar.
