What makes the 2023 Model different to the previous 2021 model is the ability to quickly change the position of the foot rests for different size users by a simple pop pin. The ICAROS works by moving your body weight around a central pivot point, so getting your body weight in the exact position is important and this is made easier by the pop foot rest adjustment. As you move your body weight the ICAROS will tilt forward and backward and roll from side to side, controlling your in-game movements and giving you a great workout in the process. To look at the exercise you would assume it is basically core training but take our word for it that the upper body and upper legs get a great workout to. In addition it improves reflexes, balance and co-ordination as well as using 30% more calories than a stable kneeling plank (Technical University of Munich 2018). But what makes it even more appealing is that its great fun and a 30 minute work out feels more like 10 minutes. Both the arm pads and foot rests are adjustable and this new frame design is more compact than the previous models. Included in the price is the ICAROS Home Flying Machine is the ICAROS controller.
