The Inspire FID7 PRO offers an innovative split back pad with six position upper back pad, an innovative six position mid pad and four seat pad adjustments. This provides superior lower back support reducing the pressure on the neck when performing shoulder presses and improved shoulder blade clearance during bench presses and pectoral fly’s. The single axis bench slide system makes angling the bench through flat and incline transitions (0-75 degrees) seamless with a single hand adjustment. The Inspire FID7 PRO bench also takes a Preacher Curl Attachment and a Leg Curl/Extension attachment and where it truly shines is its ability to integrate directly into Inspires FT2 PRO Smith Functional Trainer connecting the leg unit to the FT2’s weight stack. Commercial grade injection folded pads add stability and comfort while the steel frame with lifting handle and heavy duty transport wheels allows the bench to be easily moved into position.
