The Life Fitness C1 Upright Bike is compact and lightweight. Its bio-mechanics are based on Life Fitness club models, making it a perfect home exercise bike. The Life Fitness C1 offers interchangeable technology with two console options. For basic programming options choose the Go Console. For advanced customisation choose the Track Connect Console. With the Track Connect console you can download recommended programmes, create and share workouts and track your progress with the ultimate online tool.
