The G4 gym is a space efficient gym that offers an expanded range of exercises. This is achieved through the innovative press station that not only provides one angle but five different pressing angles from decline to flat through to incline pressing angles.

Life Fitness G4 Gym Pec Station

As well as this the self-adjusting, cammed pec fly is a separate apparatus which achieves a natural path of motion, similar to dumbell flys. The pec fly station also enhances variety by allowing rear deltoid exercises to be performed. The optional Leg Press will add that extra dimension to your leg routines.
