The two in one Bodytone Dual Abdominal/Back Extension machine is ideal for developing your core muscles. You sit facing the large roller pad and clamp your feet between to two foot bars. You position the pad against your chest and after selecting the desired resistance from the 80kg colour coded weight stack, you crunch forward focusing on the abdominal muscles. Change position so that the pad is against you back and your knees are clamped under the dual rollers and by pushing your back against the roller you will be working both your upper and lower back muscles. The pivoting arm with multi position adjustment will result in correct body posture now matter what your size. The machine also uses red coloured adjustment levers for easy identification. The highest quality materials have been used in the construction of the Bodytone Abdominal/Back Extension station. The seat and pads are made from thick comfortable foam, covered in imitation leather, which is anti-allergenic and easy to clean. Ultra quiet bearings are used throughout the machine.
