The Dual purpose Bodytone Light Commercial Lat Pulldown and Mid Row is the perfect back developing machine. When using the Lat Pulldown you place your knees under the height adjustable rollers to secure you in place. The distance between the seat and Lat Bar has been designed so that there is plenty of arm stretch but a chain is supplied to low the Lat bar for the perfect position no matter what size of the user. The seated Mid Row with its dual purpose row bar is perfectly placed to work both upper and lower back muscles. The multi grip row bar can be used for mid row and tricep push down when used on the Lat station. The 80kg weight stack is made up of colour coded 5kg weight plates. The highest quality materials have been used in the construction of the Lat Pulldown and Mid Row. The seat and hold down rollers are made from foam, covered in imitation leather, which is anti-allergenic and easy to clean. Ultra quiet bearings are used throughout the machine and the chrome plated Lat Bar and Row Bar are covered with non-absorbent non-slip PVC.
