The adjustable articulated multi grip arm handles allow you to perform two exercises, Pec Flys (pectoral) and Rear Delts (deltoids). If you sit facing forward on the machine you can perform Pec Fly’s and the wide grip between the handles helps replicate the feel of training with free weights, engaging more stabilising muscles. Face the other way and and you can do a reverse fly to give your delts a real workout. The arms and seat can be adjusted for different size users and exercises and the adjustments are made by a simple pop pin coloured red for easy identification. The stack is situated at the side of the seat so you can select the weight without standing up from the seat. The highest quality materials have been used in the construction of the Pec Fly/Rear Delt. The backrest and seat are made from foam, covered in imitation leather, which is anti-allergenic and easy to clean. Ultra quiet bearings are used throughout the machine and the handgrips are made from non-absorbent non-slip PVC with aluminium rubber stoppers and caps.
