ICAROS Cloud Training Effects

The ICAROS Cloud is designed to provide a full body workout. With its specially designed training surface and adjustable settings it will work your core, build lower and upper body muscles and improve co-ordination and balance through unstable exercises. Yoga and pilates inspired balance exercises as well as HIIT sessions add to its training effects. Additional rubber bands can be easily attached, allowing for a huge variety of intense resistance training cycles.

With the ICAROS Cloud digital interface you can experience all the ICAROS Cloud exercises on your smartphone, tablet, TV or Pico G2 headset. First download the ICAROS App and you can play exergames, try out specifically designed workouts or follow pre recorded classes. If you have a Pico G2 headset you can download VR games (these games are only compatible with the Pico G2 headset at present) that will have you flying through virtual worlds or chasing down pray.

The ICAROS Cloud has been designed for a whole range of environments. Not only is it is the perfect full body workout machine for the individual in their home, the ICAROS Cloud can also be used in group workout class in boutique studios, gyms and health clubs. It can even be used outdoors.

ICAROS Cloud, Light and Portable

When deflated the ICAROS Cloud can easily be transported. It would easily fit into the back of a car. Once inflated it only weights 12kg and can be moved by one person by lifting up onto its end and rolling across the floor.
