The X22i Incline Trainer comes with a high-definition 22” (56cm) Smart HD Touchscreen display that provides access to a variety of workout programs and interactive training options accessed by iFit Coach, NordicTrack's interactive training platform. Through iFit Coach, you can access a vast library of on-demand workouts, virtual personal training sessions, and scenic routes around the world, guiding you through workouts at the same time as providing motivation and real-time feedback. The X22i Incline Trainer also offers a variety of other features to enhance the workout experience. A powerful and quiet 4.0 CHP DurX™ Commercial Plus Motor provides a smooth running and walking motion, a speed range of 0-22kmh (0-13.75mph) will push the fittest of users to their limit and the Reflex Cushioning system protects muscle and joints.
