To get the best out of the GX4.5 Pro you need to use a tablet and download Nordic Tracks iFit technology as there are no integrated programmes, only manual operation. However with iFit you will have access to a library of on-demand workouts and virtual cycling classes led by professional trainers.Convenience features include a water bottle holder, built-in speakers and transportation wheels for easy mobility.
