The foot pedals are narrowly spaced and oversized for your comfort and have a non slip surfaces to reduce the need for you to continuously alter your body position during your workout, which can be quite annoying. Heart rate monitoring is supported by either digital hand grip pulse sensors or wireless telemetric heart rate monitoring. With resistance controls integrated in the handle bars you can change your workout intensity from 0-26 resistance levels without interrupting any part of your full body workout.
