The weight stack on the Spirit 43 Pin Select Dip/Chin Assist acts as a counterbalance to reduce the users body weight when performing pull ups and dips. The platform positions you in a kneeling position which give a great sense of security. The dipping handles rotate to accommodate different size shoulder widths. Integrated into the machine is rep counter, set/rest period timer and built in phone/drink holder.
