DESCRIPTION

The home and light commercial BH Cardiff Rower uses water as its resistance and by filling the tank between 1 to 6 levels you can alter the resistance level to adjust to your desired training intensity. The foot straps are height adjustable to provide a comfortable and personal training position. The LCD console is easy to use and provides a motivating Race Mode where you try to beat a distance-time goal. Thanks to its three balancing points at the front of the rower you can safely store the rower vertically.
