BOWFLEX SELECTECH 1090i ADJUSTABLE DUMBBELLS (Single)
If the Selecttech 552I dumbbells aren’t heavier enough for you then you need the Bowflex Selectech 1090I. These replace 17 sets of weights from 4kg to 41kg (10lb to 90 lb). They work on exactly the same principal as the 552I. You just dial in your desired weight and lift out the dumbbell. Combine the dumbbells with the JRNY ® Training JRNY™ App (2 month FREE TRIAL for new members). Download this app to your Smartphone or tablet and the app syncs with your device and not only remembers how much weight you lifted today, so it can make informed weight and workout recommendations tomorrow but you can also discover new strength training exercises and trainers who will keep you motivated. A stand with media rack is also available that can accommodate a pair of these dumbbells (stand can be purchased separately).
