The Future Advanced Series Stair Climber is a calorie burning beast of a machine that builds almost every muscle in your legs and bottom. It comprises of revolving stairs and a handrail and by simply stepping up each step as it comes round you are simulating climbing an infinite staircase. Most Stair Climbers are manufactured for the commercial market and are large in appearance. However the Future Advanced Stair Climber has been designed with a reduced step height and overall height to fit in most UK homes. When you train on the Future Advanced Stair Climber you build multiple muscles in your legs while simultaneously building your core. By changing the speed of the step rotation you can change the cardiovascular intensity of the workout from low to high intensity interval training (HIIT).
