DESCRIPTION
The award winning ICAROS Home Flying Machine is the most innovate fitness machine on the market today. The ICAROS works by moving your body weight around a central pivot point. To look at the exercise you would assume it is basically core training but take our word for it that the upper body and upper legs get a great workout to. In addition it improves reflexes, balance and co-ordination as well as using 30% more calories than a stable kneeling plank (Technical University of Munich 2018). Both the arm pads and foot rests are adjustable and on this new version the foot rests can be altered by a simple pop pin.
