To look at the exercise you would assume it is basically core training but take our word for it that the upper body and upper legs get a great workout to. In addition it improves reflexes, balance and co-ordination as well as using 30% more calories than a stable kneeling plank (Technical University of Munich 2018). But what makes it even more appealing is that its great fun and a 30 minute work out feels more like 10 minutes. Both the arm pads and foot rests are adjustable. On this older model you alter the foot rests using an Allen key to remove the bolt and reposition each black foot rest into the appropriate hole.
