If you are into serious weight lifting then the heavy duty Pro Form Carbon Power Rack XL will take you to the next workout level without sacrificing safety. Without a bench you can do Squats, Calf Raises, Standing Shoulder Press and a range of Pull Ups using the multi grip chin bar and close grip parallel bars. With a bench you have a whole new range of exercises open to you. Safety derives from the adjustable Spotting Arms and the adjustable upgraded J Hooks, both designed to hold the bar and weights in place during and after your workout. With correct use, the Pro Form Carbon Power Rack XL should make it possible for you to train without a spotter. Also included is a Landmine, 6 x weight storage posts and band pins, designed to easily slide on and off different strength band for simple strength training. Please Note: Bench, weights, bar and bands shown in the photographs are not included. Before using band pins it is advisable to bolt the frame to the floor.
