The Pro Form Carbon Strength Olympic Adjustable Bench System offers complete flexibility for strength training. The bench has a back rest and seat that uses quick release pop pins to provide multiple angled settings, so that you can perform flat, incline and decline exercises in the correct ergonomic position. At the front of the bench is an adjustable preacher curl with bar rests. The bench has transport wheels so that you can easily move the bench out of the way of the squat frame. With its adjustable bar rests and J Hooks this frame is ideal when you are on the bench to rest the bar when doing various pressing exercises but the frame on its own is perfect for doing squats with either an Olympic weight training bar and weights or various strength bands attached to the band pins. Please Note: Weights, bars and bands are not included.
