YORK BARBELL C19P OLYMPIC POWER CAGE
The York Barbell C19P Olympic Power Cage has been specifically designed for use in smaller environments but still offers all the usability and durability of a standard power cage. This makes it perfect for garage gym enthusiasts but because it comes with a light commercial warranty it is also ideal for personal trainers and controlled usage environments. One of its key features is its strength and will not rock from side to side even during the most serious workout. There are 23 position adjustable bar holders that adjust in 5cm increments. Full length Safety Spotter Bars are also adjustable in the same increments and double bar holders on the front of the uprights allows a secondary athlete to train in front of the cage while the inside of the cage is being used. The front mounted chin up bar makes this Power Cage a one stop training station. Want more from this cage then buy the optional Hi-Lo Pulley attachment that will allow you to do Lat Pulldowns and Seated Row exercises.
