The Poly V-belt transmission system provides a powerful, very quiet and maintenance free transmission. Double handle bars let you choose either static arm or moving arm workouts. Quick trail controls and pulse sensors along with the most commonly used controls, such as choosing one of the 25 levels of resistance, are integrated in the moving arms which results in you being able to customise your workout while you are exercising, without sacrificing your arm workout.
