The self generating BH H720R Upright Bike has been designed for maximum comfort. The best possible posture is achieved through the horizontal and vertical adjustment of the seat and its ergonomic design. This helps align the hip, knee and pedals, reducing the strain on muscles and joints of the lower body. The LED console provides advanced interface dot matrix (LED) profiles of exercise throughout your training session, along with a range of fun programmes and 25 resistance levels for both beginner and advanced exercisers. Being self generating results in zero electrical cost and the ability to place the bike anywhere in the room. The bike also offers hand grip pulse sensors, silent Poly-V-Belt transmission, adjustable wrap around pedal straps and a walk through design for easy access.
