The Inspire Fitness FID Bench is a light commercial quality bench that can be used at multiple angles ensuring the correct body position on each exercise.

Heavy duty Contoured Naugahyde pads provide excellent support and wheels mounted to the base allow you to roll the bench into position. Add the optional Preacher Curl attachment and the Leg Developer attachment for the total package. The Inspire FID bench has been designed to be compatible with Inspire FT1 Functional Trainer.
