NEW HORIZON ADONIS BENCH WITH RACK
To safely use the Horizon Adonis bench on it own it is best to use it with dumbbells but when you add the Horizon Adonis Rack you can now use it with barbells, providing more variety to your workout. You simply position the bench in between the racks uprights. The rack has 5 height adjustments, placing the barbell rests in the perfect position no matter what angle you have the Adonis bench backrest. Even with the bench in its maximum upright position you will still be able to comfortably grab hold of the barbell and perform a seated shoulder press. Remove the bench and you have an excellent squat rack for serious leg work. When not using the rack steel clips flip over to keep the barbell safely in place.
